As a speaker and workshop leader my goal is the same as when I’m coaching: Create a Safe Space to grow in Understanding and Compassion so we can show up as our True Selves in our lives.
The Enneagram has taken the world by storm over the past 5 years. In conversations and podcasts you will hear people asking one another what their type is or empathizing over their types similarities. But at the same time there is a lot of confusion. What do we do with the Enneagram? How can the Enneagram actually help our team or myself grow?
As an Enneagram Coach, I can help your organization grow in:
-Appreciation for the uniqueness of the members of your group
-Awareness of the different motivations each individual brings with them
-Strengths and Growth Areas of the members of your team and/or your team as a whole
-Communication and working through conflict
-Identifying your unique areas of struggle
And so much more!
I am passionate about helping others understand themselves better to find the health and connection they long for. From MOPS talks to business workshops, I am ready to teach about the 9 Enneagram Types and lead the individuals in your program to greater self-awareness, connection, and personal growth.
“I found Leah at a time when my faith was in question and I was in need of guidance. I listened to all of her sermons online and was truly moved by her words. Her help strengthened my relationship with God, my husband, and myself.”
Dr. Amanda Meise
““After receiving coaching from Leah I knew more about the Enneagram, but more importantly, I knew more about myself. She helped me understand more deeply my own motivations at work and at home and it has made such a difference. Leah provided me with tools to make some major life decisions, but more than that, she expertly accompanied me through the process.”
Rev. Matthew Brough
“Leah is an excellent expository preacher, a delightful and winsome teacher and a wonderful facilitator of small group discussions. I have heard her and participated with her in each of these contexts in church and seminary settings, and co-taught with her in our Denver church. She is faithful to Scripture, perceptive in her applications and consistently has creative approaches that make basic principles clear to the novice while offering important further insights for the mature Christian. I commend her to you warmly.”

I have spent my life looking for meaning, seeking to be an agent of healing, and creating beauty in the world.
After being called to pastor, I received my Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary. I have over 10 years of experience speaking, teaching workshops, facilitating small groups, and providing pastoral care for individuals and couples, and the Enneagram has been one of the most exciting tools for transformation.
My speaking style is Informative, Grace-Filled, and Inspirational. I create a safe space for others to find healing and wholeness in their connection with God, themselves, and others. Workshop participants leave their sessions encouraged and with practical tools for engaging with and utilizing their new insights into their Enneagram Type.
Thank you for considering me for your upcoming event!
Please share as much information as you can about your event and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
“Leah was insightful as to how my type functions and steered me carefully when I needed to draw more on facts than feelings when diving into my story. I made a lot of discoveries during our coaching sessions and that was so valuable… Leah is patient, funny, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding.”
