My baby is one year old and according to the doctor is no longer a baby, but a toddler. (Hate to break it to you Ben, but you’ll always be my baby) Weighing in last week at 23 pounds 13.5 ounces and at least 31 inches tall, this one is breaking my back! He’s moving into 24 month clothes soon.

While he can’t seem to figure out how to move (no baby proofing in this house yet), but always wants to be where we are (hence the aching back), Ben is really active. He can throw a ball, pounds on everything, feeds himself finger foods, and generally has a lot of fun. I’ve been told he’s the easiest baby in the MOPS nursery. He’s my lovey and I can’t stop kissing those cheeks!

Alright, I’m done bragging. Here are some pics so you can see what I’m talking about.

One year old!

On Sunday, Tim and I dedicated Ben to the Lord with our church family. I felt so blessed to have so many wonderful people stand and promise to show Ben God’s love. What a great day.
